Weird Limited Driver Seat Noise

On my new limited, only the back of the driver seat makes a thumping/cluncking noise when you sit in it in certain positions. Does not do it all the time, but when it does it is very annoying. Only occurs on the back of the seat and is more frequent when you sit in it for a longer period of time. Is any one else experiencing this. I took it to a toyota dealer and they said it was the cracking/rubbing you typically get from any leather seats. I do not have this problem with leather seats in other cars or the other seat in my new limited. Thoughts!!!!

I have Noticed it as well

I actually have the Silver Trail 11 and had Custom leather installed with heat, It's a 2 Tone Black and Graphite, pretty sweet. I have been noticing it also, it's kind of a thump in your back every now and then, my daughter was with me and actually heard it today. I had the Lumbar cranked all the way and so I lightened it up a little to see if that may be it. I will keep in tune with it and see if it solves the issue. I have been noticing it for the past month. It is a little annoying but I think this Rig is Awesome! Getting an ARB 3 Inch Lift with a Gobi Roof Rack, 30inch Rigid LED lights and N-Fab Rails with Built in Steps, Fuel Boost Wheels and BFG KM2's next Week. Still trying to figure out what else I can throw at this thing. Any Ideas?

Check out the thread LUMBAR SUPPORT 'CRUNCHING'. If you are experiencing what is described in that thread it can be fixed by replacing the seatback. Hope this helps.
