weird noises!

I've got an '02 SR5 4WD. Anyone else experience any of these...
1. Squeaking underneath when on rough pavement? Dealer says they can't hear it, but I can! It's worse some days than others too.
2. Low, rumbling/rattle when idling in D?
3. Clunking sound when taking foot off brake?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. They're not big issues, but can be annoying!

1. I think this may be coming from the points where the body is mounted on the frame. I had the same problem with my T100.
2. No idea on this one.
3. The slip joint of the driveshaft gets hung-up and releases...this is the clunk. Although annoying, there is no long term or short term problem with it...it is a long running occurence with 4Runners of different generations. You can see the sticky about it here in Problems & Warranty.
