Anyone know what this noise is?

It’s a 00 4runner with the 3.4 I used to hear a slight rattle and thought it was exhaust related and now it has developed into a ticking sound. It’s super loud at idle and barely noticeable when driving. Any info will help. I’m going to dive under it tomorrow since it sounds from underneath and not up top. IMG_3381.MOV - Google Drive

Could be an exhaust leak or a lifter or bearing tick.

The 1st thing I'd check is the oil level and then look at all of the exhaust manifold bolts & make sure one didn't break off.

Then check around the exhaust manifolds for leaks - you might see black soot at a leak location.

Remove the inspection plate and check the flex plate for cracks.

I’ve checked the oil and it’s good plus the manifold bolts seem fine as well. I will take a look at the flex plate. How would I know if it’s a lifter tick without taking the valve cover off?
