Weird vibrating/buzzing noise in front end

Okay so I just had brand new brake pads and rotors installed on the front of my 2001 and ever since then I’ve been gradually hearing a really weird humming almost “brrrrr” sounding noise while I’m driving (not while braking). I can feel a slight vibration in the steering wheel but not much. It goes away at a stand still and I don’t really hear it when I rev the engine parked, I also checked all my fluids and they were fine, I topped off the PSF that’s about it. It’s pretty loud and audible in the cabin I can try to get a video of what I’m talking about if I need to. Haven’t taken it to any shops yet just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar? I’m at a loss but if I had to guess I’d say it was something suspension wise

Have you checked to see if one of them is hot after driving? Kind of sounds like you have a caliper dragging.
