Weird Vibration Sound.

Greetings everyone.

My 2006 has a very weird vibration type sound but only under certain RPMs.

Could it be my catalytic converter has gone bad?

I want to give my husband some ideas before he rolls himself underneath to check things out.

No other issues with my vehicle. Just hit 200K miles.

Can you upload a video of it happening? If it's a rattle I suppose it could be a cat heat shield.

My guess is that a heat shield on or near the exhaust has come loose.

Typical metallic rattles are either the heat shields or a fracture point in the exhaust system I have dealt with both.
