Welcome to the new platform

Well I just used a VPN and got it to load properly. I kept getting 403 forbidden when the .css tries to load and it ends up with an unstyled page. It's impossible to use. I just got the first look at the new layout and it's much nicer. Just wish it would work for my IP

Here's what I'm seeing and I'm using Firefox, current release, WIN11

It looks the same way on MS Edge as it does on Firefox. I don't use Chrome
Bug Report: XenForo 2.3 Text Editor broken on Firefox / Edge
Hi Admins! The text editor is failing to style correctly for Firefox and Edge users (it's rendering as a raw text list of options like "Bold, Italic, Font Size"). Chrome users seem unaffected.
This is a known issue with the XenForo 2.3 deployment. It is usually caused by HTTP/2 Early Hints breaking script delivery in Firefox, or a conflict with Cloudflare minification on the new JavaScript paths. Disabling "Early Hints" in the server configuration or clearing the Cloudflare cache usually fixes this right away!

TECHNICAL UPDATE FOR IT TEAM (From F12 Console):
Firefox and Edge are hitting a hard block when trying to load the core forum scripts and stylesheets. The console throws a major script failure:
Loading failed for the <script> with source "https://cdn.adligature.com/t4r/prod/rules.js"
Because adligature.com is flag-blocked by Firefox's built-in Enhanced Tracking Protection and Edge's privacy controls, the script execution completely stops. This prevents the subsequent XenForo styles from loading, which causes the missing text editor layout and the massive, unstyled icons.
Moving this ad script call to execute asynchronously (async or defer), or configuring XenForo 2.3 to not depend on it for structural layout, will restore the website for all non-Chrome users!

I still don't like this new format and I must not be alone as there are virtually no new posts on here anymore, or if there are I don't know how to view them.

A big thank you to whomever fixed the problem!! Now it is back to normal. I still checked daily during the issue, but it was a tedious task to simply check the new posts.

There were barely no new posts because the forum was neglected and wasn't functioning properly, it may get better now that it seems to be fixed, only time will tell, the good thing is now all the great information on this forum is safe for now and will endure for a while now and be the good resource it has been in the past.

If I had my wishes, the site would be like it was 6+ years ago before I opened my account and was just following anonymously. T4R.org was, IMHO, the best 4Runner forum out there and it wasn't even close.

While I also am not crazy about the new look, something had to be done because this site essentially died due to neglect. It might be too little, too late but at least they are making an effort. Unfortunately, it'll probably be a long road back if they make it.

I'll stick around because the one active GX460 site is not my style (Ih8mud,) there is a GX sub-forum here that I'm going to revive (although I'll probably be the only one posting in it) and I'm back in the market to buy a 4Runner since my wife stole my new '25 Rav4 daily driver for herself.

This is what it's going to take to get this forum back up to it's old glory, the new breath of life that it has just gotten is not going to make it what it was, the only thing that can do that is for all the old members to return and make it great again, after all it's the members that make a forum what we just needed is a platform that functions to do that on, so now it's up to us!! (y)

Yeah. If everyone that's still around starts posting new pics, starting new threads, just creating new content in general, it may get the ball rolling again.

I would also add for those members that have accounts on the other main 4Runner forum (I deleted mine a couple of years ago,) private message your buddies over there that used to be active here and ask them to give T4R another chance.

There's actually a topic on the other T4R forum that someone started about the recent issues with the new software, I have been posting the progress in that topic, so there info out there now that this forum is back and functioning, hopefully it will get some traffic back over here.
