Clemsonfan15 - I'm not sure what you mean by legit however this brand went out of business a while back ago. I would't be surprised if people are just selling off left over stock. Failure rate was quite high on that particular product. I know this because another vendor was selling this line on a different forum that we sponsor.
Honestly... you cannot go wrong with the Volt line that we have for $119.99. It's a little more expensive that $90 but you're buying from a company that will stand behind it's products should you ever need any sort of after sales service or support. You're also starting out with a better made product.

Hi,
They are a direct replacement for your OEM headlights. They will come with standard halogen bulbs (not HID).
