Welsh Moutains- Hilux Surf

Some photos from a loggers mountain trail we drove this weekend near Machynlleth, Wales UK. We were staying on a property halfway along it so I thought I would explore a little further. The trail led into the mountains for seven miles and just ended in a turning spot! Great scenery though.

Those pine trees look like someones Chrismas tree farm. Do those trees stay small like that or is that forest recovering from a fire from the past?

:bonk: I guess I'm too use to the Redwood trees around here.
