I wouldnt be quick to assume its bad just yet. keep in mind ATRAC uses the brakes to work.
-Have you checked to make sure you dont have any debris in the brakes?
-Do you hear this noise any other time or is this the first time?
-Do you only hear this noise when ATRAC is working? What about if you slam on the brakes?

Sounds like debris in your brakes to me. I'd clean thoroughly maybe even remove the wheels and spot check/clean then re-assemble and test ATRAC again.

SIDENOTE: after watching the video a few times it also sounds like a loose piece of metal or plastic that is flapping or hitting the wheel maybe also.

it almost sounded to me like your front right CV making the poping noise it seemed to quit making the noise when you straightend the wheel as it was clunking hard when you had the wheel turned to the right. IMO

It's got 80k I wouldn't think it would be going out already?

just depends on the driving conditions it has seen over that 80k. IMO the video suggests its seen a rough life lol no offense. I lifted my truck at 103,000 miles and the CV boots tore imediatly causing the greese to leak out causing the ball bearing assembly inside to fail. A poping CV isnt the end of the world you can drive on them for quite some time without problems just makes more work if you chose to rebuild them, if you replace with new it matters none. you can check it out by jacking the truck up off of all 4 tires turn the steering wheel hard left or hard right and just rotate the tire by hand listening for pops and clicks and ticks. also check the condition of the CV joint boots on each side of the half shaft's on both sides of the truck. you should hear smooth sounds and no poping should be heard durring this test if you get carnage noise then its the CV joints.

Good point. Totally didn't even think about CV's.

the cvs are fine i believe whats the best way to test them?

see my post #6 just jack the truck off the ground so you can spin the wheels by hand and turn the steering wheel hard left or hard right while spining the wheels by hand if the CV is bad you'll hear distinct carnage noise and should replace them at your convience. If no bad noises are heard your half shafts CV joints are good and we can move on to a new diagnosis lol.
