Yes it is a ultimate bull bar 2.5 in new condition. It came off of a 2007 4runner my freind recently bought. The mounting brackets and mount bolts are included. The brackets mount to the frame with the factory bolts that holds the front bumper assembly on. There are no instructions as it came on the vehicle when it was bought. It is very easy to install, I am the one who took it off my freinds 4runner. He is not a member of this forum. More pictures are available.
