Wet floorboards?

My 2001 gets wet floorboards from time to time. Sometime the AC is on, sometimes not. Sometime it is raining, sometimes not. No rhyme or reason to when it will get wet (on both sides) I already cleaned out the AC condensation drain, it is clean and the floorboards STILL get wet. Any ideas?

possibilities...

leaking windshield or door seal
do you have a sunroof? sometimes the water channels get clogged

Thanks, I do not have a sunroof.
Tuesday I drove through a torrential flood for about 2 hours, no water on floorboard, which would eliminate the leaking door or windshield. Strange, and puzzling! I am afraid it will ruin my carpet if I don't find the cause soon.

I had a similar problem with the old Nissan P/U, which turned out to be rain water coming in through some old speaker screw holes behind the seats. Taped them up and it stopped. The water trickled under the carpet to the lowest point in the cab. We have a simialr problem occassionally with the Jeep but haven't been able to find the source yet. My point is, the water may not be coming in where the carpet gets wet first. I had to pull up the carpet partially in the Nissan to see the water trickling before I figured it out.
