Full set (front/rr) includes rear flipdown armrest cover.
This is the custom fit retails for $475-500 new. Mine are in great shape, no tears or anything.

I am assuming these fit an 05 with no problem? Also -- does the center armrest cover still allow the cup tray to be extended?

Yep it will fit an 05 and there is a hole for the cup tray in the arm rest.
