Wet seatbelts

I've noticed that after the last rain and after I washed the truck, my seatbelts are wet. Any idea where I should look first? Wondering if, when the previous owner removed the rack when they painted, they didn't seal the bolt holes?

goto a gas station car wash with a friend. have him spray the car, sit inside and watch for where the water first starts to show up. could be sun roof, windshield seal, door seals window seals. that's the easiest way to start narrowing down where the water is coming from.
