Wharton State Forest, NJ

I was interested in exploring wharton state forest in the NJ pine barrons but little confused on were to enter at, is there an address for like a park entrance?

You can enter at Ranger Station at the intersection of Route 206 and Atsion Rd or at Harrisville Lake (Latitude: 39°39'55.11"N Longitude: 74°31'27.82"W).

I've been there...it's all fire roads, nothing too exciting...one decent hill climb is about it...

Alright thanks for the coordinates that will make it easy since i will be useing a gps, and i was just going to check it out on dualsport to see if its worth exploring in the 4runner.

you can probably do most of the park in 2

you'll need 4LO and some momentum for Jemima Hill, and maybe a few of the mud pits if there was a recent rain...

So would you say its any fun exploring in the 4runner

It's fun for if you're having a meet or something, where you can invite anyone out and the whole group will have fun...but to go with a few friends or something, I think you'll get bored quick
