What 3in lift to buy

I have a 97 limited and want to add a 3in lift. I looked at supreme suspension and rough country and they are priced fairly decent, but im not sure of the quality of them. Was wondering if anybody has installed either of the two and how they tured out.

They're both spacer lifts in the front right? Save your money and get a real suspension lift. Not only do spacer lifts suck, you're still using your worn out stock suspension.

I did the sonoran steel lift on my '97, easy to understand instructions.....wish I would have read em first! :thumb:

I think you need to read/research lift threads rather than listen to one persons recommendation. Not that it's not a good choice but to learn about all of the different options these rigs can use for a lift & what kind of ride you are looking for.

I personally went with: BK9602 - 3" lift ToyTec/Bilstein kit with SPC UCA's and am very happy with it.

It all depends on what you want to do with your rig but one thing is for sure... a spacer lift is a waste of time & money.

Probably not going to do much offroading with it and didnt want to spend a ton on a lift, just would like to add some 285s and update the stiff suspension.

Even doing 1% off-roading, it still depends on the ride quality and even look your going for. If you are JUST after larger tires, spacer lift is the least expensive and super easy to install. I would stil say to spend MORE and get a real lift, new shocks, & coils, as it will improve everything all around.
