what about rear sag beyond 1998?

I know this has a "sticky" for 1996-1998 early models, but what about those 3rd generations that aren't covered in the recall? I have a 1999 4x4, manufactured in 11/98 that definetely has extreme rear saggage and is awfully bouncy in the back! The early 3rd generation posts talks about rear coils and back coil spacers will fix the problem, does the same go with the later years. Does anyone know what Toyota did to modify the 99's and up? I have rear spacers so would new rear coils make a difference? Will stealerships install coils with spacers already added?

I have a 2000 4WD and the sag was there so I replaced all my springs with brand new ones from a 99 since they sat up the highest. Now the sag is worse.... So it is there and even the newer models. I think the best bet would be to get aftermarket coils like OME..... I think that is going to be my next step.
