What are my lift options with BILSTEINS 4600's ?

So i recently bought all 4 new shocks for my 2001 4runner sr5
Bilstein 4600 part #'s
2 - Bilstein #24-187244 Front Shocks, 46mm
2 - Bilstein #24-024518 Rear Shocks, 46mm
I just received them today and have not installed yet, i was wondering what options do i have if i want to do a lift on it sometime down the road?

Just added rear OME 906s and new OEM 99 talls in the front, rides excellent with my fairly new 4600s. I think its safe with a 2 inch lift. If you have 200K+ miles, I would do shocks and coils at once.

How much rake - if any - do you have with this setup? I have the same, but with 99 tall all the way around. Have some sag in the rear due to my hitch mounted bike rack, and have considered swapping over to the 906s.
