What are my options?

So i recently purchased a 88 4runner. The truck has a 3 inch body lift, (i know, i know). Im looking to do a suspienson lift, but I cant find any good parts for the IFS. I see a lift from Superlift and the like. But is that my only real option? Im not really into the solid axle conversion seeing as how this truck wont be seeing any real heavy duty off road use. Some weekend trails and a little mud. Ive tried finding companies that offer better c.v. shafts but only find Solid axle parts, Or newer 4 runner parts. What options do I have for beefing up the ifs, and what vendors offer these parts. Im new to the offroad world. I come from a 11 sec eclipse.
So any help would be appreciated.

well as far as IFS goes, you have three options:

1. the lifts like superlift that drop the control arms 4" and give you 4"lift. This lift will lift all your vitals out of harms way for wheeling, but still doesn't hav much travel. Nothing wrong with this route, since if you learn how to pick good lines you can go almost anywhere a solid axle can go

2. crank the torsion bars. this is just to get things out of arms way, but greatly reduces your flex, and makes a hard ride. You can only get 1-2" from this, but it costs nothing to lift the front.

3. Total Chaos. They make a very cool 12" travel IFS suspension that uses t100 cv's. This set up is more for baja racing, but it provides a good ride, like 3" lift and it looks cool. the downside is the price which I think comes out to over $3000 after you get everything you need. here is a link to their website http://www.chaosfab.com/

Thanks. I found chaos' website and was lookig at there setups. That does look like a cool way to go , but pricey. And thats why I got rid of the eclipse in the first place. I think I will end up going with the Superlift. And maybe one day, if Im really nice to my wife I can get the Total Chaos setup.
