What are the OEM-ish Front Bumper Options?

Just bought my 2nd 4Runner. This time a 3rd gen SR5.

It needs a front bumper, both the chrome and lower plastic piece are damaged and need replaced.

What are my options for replacing this with a stock or OEM look bumper? I would really like to find the lower piece in metal, and that has holes for OEM or aftermarket fog lights. Did the model years or different trim packages have different lower pieces? Are there any after market lower bumpers that are metal?

Please post pics if you have them as well as any information on where to order these parts! Thanks!

One specific question for example. Will this bumper fit my 97 3rd gen? I under stand that the mnf. of this product says it does not, but do the 99+ bumpers mount differently than the 97?

im pretty sure all 96-02 bumpers are exchangeable but let me check it for you

I searched yotatech and found they will fit on the older models but you have to modify one of the brackets...

I guess i'll learn how to do that, off the cuff. lol

There's probably a little bit better deals around.

When I bought my 98 it had hit a deer, and needed a little fixing. I thought on ebay the best prices about 6 months ago were $160 including shipping. I ended up bending it back in pretty good condition, but you notice it more than the fender I fixed up since I left a couple plyer marks when I was man handling it. And part of the apron is missing.

I notice it, but it's hard to know if others really do. I was also considering spending $300 to $500 to get an aftermarket offroading one, but I'm hesitant to put out the money since I don't know how long I'll hold onto this 4runner.

I like the chrome that I have, but if he had some parts I needed I'd consider swinging down there later this week. We're already planning on driving the 500 miles to LA, so what's a couple hundred extra.
