What are these parts called and where do I get them?

Before I acquired this 4runner, someone ran it into a guard rail when it was icy(I was in the car) so now that it's my car I want to fix it... I need to know what these two parts are called and where the best place is to buy them. Oh and the weather striping of course..

Must be matching paint too...
