it's good.

i'm partial to the macallan 12 yo. my favorite at any price point.

also have jw black and the famous grouse on hand.

Macallan 12 yr is good stuff, but I like the Glenmorangie a bit more. Costco sometimes has Macallan on sale. I'll buy it then.

i have older 12 yo the macallan, not the more recent offerings. ownership of the distillery changed a few years ago, and some report a slight change in the whisky. still have a couple 1.75L bottles that i purchased on sale at the NH liquor store ($89.99/bottle) 5 years ago, so i can't say, because i have not tasted any of the "new" offering.

I was drinking Vernor's ginger ale for years, but gave it up recently because they either have a quality control problem or they're putting them on the shelf long past the point they've gone bad.
