What are you guys paying for a lease on a 2020?

Thinking about leasing a 2020 4runner. Figured by the time I turn in in the 6th gens will be out...lol. One can only hope. I am curious what you guys are paying for yours. This will be my first time doing a lease so if you have any tips or pointers that would be greatly appreciated.
