What brand of spark plugs to use

I got 75K miles on my "05" V-6 so I decided to check the existing gap on a couple of PLUGS they were way over the limit, around .060 to .070 and it still runs without missing a beat. It probably isn't helping my fuel economy either.
So I think it's time to put some new plug in.
NGK , Bosch , Platinum , Iridium , Yttrium, ????
Maybe some of you out there have some feedback

Denso iridium.
Last I heard yttrium was a rare earth element used by RCA as a phosphor in the early round metal color television tubes.

NGK Platinum......that would probably be close to stock, if not a direct replacement.
