That link didn't work for me.

sorry didnt realize that until you said something. I just typed in urban runner into Google and its the second link down. Just a motortrend article about the 2008 Urban Runner, nothing too great.

Nothing to great? Man I love my Urban Runner, everything comes color matched, the interior is amazing, the stock rims are badass, etc.

No I love the Urban Runner.. Especially the interior. I just wish they used garmin instead of tom tom. I really like the Trail Edition. Saw one of those a couple weeks ago.

Holds more groceries on your trip to the mall.
Actually, no, it's hold just as much as any other 4th Gen.

Yeah I'm not real crazy about the TomTom either, I haven't seen any Trail Editions yet either, they seem pretty badass though.

Stupid X-REAS cost me an arm & leg to get my Cornfed lift kit installed and I hear there aren't even that many advantages to it...

Well... you know! Guess I found something I liked a little better! lol :bigok:

Guess you did. Get some tire gloss on and take some new pictures. I want to see how they look when your tires don't look like they have been used for 40K miles. I am thinking your truck will look much better with those rims if your tires look nice.

Yeah man, the day I took the pics, the weather had just started to clear up. There was salt all over the road so I didn't even bother to clean it up. I ran it threw the car wash to get the salt off and that was it.

But once I get the emblems blacked out, tinted tails, and front windows darker. I'll do a real nice clean & detail job on it and take some new pics!

Great looking T4R; what did you do with the stock rims? If you still have them are you willing to sell?

Yeah, gotta say that I love my Urban. For what it's worth, it IS an upgraded SE without the price of the Limited (especially for what I got mine for - sticker was $35,500 and I got it for $27,300 when Toyota was running the $4000 rebates). Here is what sets it apart from the standard SE:

1. 18" Limited rims are standard and they are the best looking rims;

2. Alcantara fabric seats are great - classier than cloth but they don't make me sweat like leather seats do;

3. ONLY edition that has the Blizzard Pearl paint, which I just had to have and is fantastic;

4. The spoiler is so much better looking than on the other trims;

5. I love the look of the hood scoop, which is standard also. Yeah yeah I know the scoop is a standard deal on the SE, but one of the reasons I didn't get the Limited was that I wanted the hood scoop.

6. The chrome exhaust makes it look bad ass.

The negatives? Just two. The mediocre Tom Tom and the awful stock sound system, but that can be fixed eventually. I think.

Just my two cents.

It is too bad they only make the UR with the V6 though. :bash:

That's OK with me. The V6 has plenty of power. Plus, I like to do my own oil changes and the filter is right there on top. So easy.
