I paid $11,000 for my 04 sport, bone stock with 119,000 miles in 2012.
What did everyone pay for their 4th gen?

2004 Limited V6, 181,000 miles. One owner. All records and maintenance done at the dealership. Immaculate, looks new. Bought it on memorial day this year at the VW dealership. They had it at $12,500, bought it for $8700 cash. High miles, but very well maintained.

I bought my 08 Sr5 a year ago. Paíd $25k for it. Had 9,700 miles on it. Runs like new. Lol

2005 Sport V8 4x4 50k miles when I bought it in 2009 for $15,000. Zero accident single owner truck.

03 v8 SR5 164k bought march of 2013 $5300, will be at 170k today!
Oh i love the dealership. The list of repairs scared the pants off of previous owner. He has two of 4 runners too, this 03 v8 and a 05 v6 with 90k and no problems.
Accident was a front end collision, checked it all out and it was repaired 100% with new OEM parts NICE!
Private seller found on craigslist 3 miles from my house was asking $7290, weird number but ended up stealing it at $5300 after i told HIM the problems and what he declined on fixing at the dealership. Showed him a stack of cash and his eyes lit up like a chistmas tree
- aftermarket leather(non working seat heaters. 20 minute fix)
- broken seat frame (part of seat heater 20 minute fix)
- aftermarket sunroof, making loud wind noise(repaired under recall warranty)
- dealer replaced trans @ 145k
- timing belt/water pump service NOT done yet ($1000 job)
- PO declined $2000 estimate to fix a/c system (PO lied, said it was low on freon,found out relay was in wrong spot later FTW)
- 2 owner, 1 accident, dealer maintained (thats a good bad thing, they misdiagnosed the a/c LoL)
- had driveline thud, thump, clunk (dealer quoted $1000 for repair, thanks to t4r.org bought a grease gun and greased the zerks. $30 fix)

Oh yeah you live around me. ... stalker lol. Conicelli around the corner. They sucks. They got the car in and said the ac doesn't work. Needs compressor, ect. The relay for the compressor was plugged into the the fog Light spot.
Yea, yea, yea...I got my eye on you. I've been going to Sloane in Devon, where I got the truck last fall. They've actually been awesome. They changed my coolant and serpentine belt for free right after I bought it, gave me a ton of free oil changes and inspections, and just recently did a free 4 wheel alignment and flushed my transmission, power steering, and brake fluid for the cost of materials only. Was going to switch to Conicelli because it's so close for oil changes, but maybe it's worth the extra ride. I don't have time to do maintenance and I like to keep the manufacturer's fluids in my cars. Anything else I have an independent mechanic I trust, but if Sloane is able to keep beating him on prices, I may never go anywhere else.
Since this is a what'd you pay thread, it's worth saying I paid 12k out the door for my immaculate 04 Limited that'd been 100% dealer maintained (was even dealer detailed every 6 months) with 95000 miles on it. Took some haggling (They wanted 16,500) and even walked out the door to leave, but the salesman caught up with me in the parking lot and we made a deal. So far I'm happy.

'06 Limited V6, dark gray exterior/gray interior, JBL sound, heated leather dual power seats. No 3rd row.
New Toyo tires with 7K miles on them and a new battery. Also WeatherTech floor mats front/rear.
Blems- torn driver seat bottom cushion on the lower bolster, minor 3" pencil lead thick scratch on passenger door, small paint transfer on the front bumper corner. Interior needed thorough cleaning... dog hair in the rear cargo area (it all cleaned up). I clay bar'd, polished/waxed the exterior and its nice again.
I looked for 4 months a couple times per week to find one. Looked all across the country. Eventually found one 30 mins from my house.
1 female owner, 100% stock, right at 75K miles and swooped it up for $18K. Needed the ujoints greased and that was about it. Getting seat cushion fixed soon ($100 repair). Got it for $3K under KBB value.
Hope to do a small lift soon and slightly bigger tires. That's about it as I use it to tow. Has good power compared to my old '99 V6 4Runner.
