2005 SR5 4wd V6 leather 3rd row 110k 2 owners clean

Bought it from a 60 year old couple who purchased it from the original owner 5 years ago @ 90k. I guess they used it for grocery shopping. Spent the past couple of days removing the "wood" trim they installed and the insanely strong double sided tape used to secure it. Now I just have to remove the chrome bull bar and whatever the thing is called behind the rear bumper.

Last weekend (05/29/2017) purchased a black 2006 SR5, V6, 2WD with 210K miles, cloth interior, perfect paint, virtually brand new looking interior. Private sale cash purchase for $7000. Tires will get replaced in the fall.

Paid 2500 for it, 2 new remotes and one new key.

Just bought a 06 Sport V8 4x4 with 98.6k miles in Gray for $9,500 needs through cleaning and some minor body/paint work but black leather seats are nice and no accidents

That's a pretty good deal even with the mileage. Paid 11k for mine and it's 06 sport with 196,000. Now it has 219,000

I know this is a pretty old thread, but due to the forum rules I need to post some replies before I can start a new thread. Anyway, I'm curious to see what people are buying them for now anyway.

I just got a 2005 Limited 4.7 V8 with all of the factory options for $6,800. It has 138,000 miles and runs great (except for a starting issue I'm trying to solve that I can't find an answer for). It had a minor front end accident, but was fixed up and is in great exterior and interior condition.

Thanks, I definitely got lucky. It also helps that the Toyota dealer I bought it from is in the same auto group I work for, that's why I got such a good deal. They were asking 6K for it originally.

2004 Limited 4WD V8 147k miles

Stratosphere mica; moonroof, rear spoiler, RSCA, RAS; Alpine INE-W927HD professionally installed.

One owner, shows up as two because they moved from out of state, very clean, regularly dealer-maintained. Moderate undercarriage rust for a Chicagoland car. Recent tires, relatively recent timing belt and water pump, everything else seems to check out.

Not sure what they could have traded it in for at a Ford/Jeep dealership. They also tried to play various tricks on me including etching for $300 ("it's already on the vehicle").

Bottom line after protracted negotiations: $8250 plus sales tax.

My wife and I just recently got our '04 SR5 V6 that had 111k miles for $9,250 before sales tax and all that. $10k for everything, out the door. Sadly we couldn't find any 4WD or 4x4 models that were reasonably priced and/or didn't have a ton of miles on it, but we really didn't see ourselves mudding much anyways with our 3yr old daughter haha so we just went with the one we got. We are very happy with it. Glad we chose a 4R!

later ill get my truck buffed, darker tint, double din radio with a stereo, viper alarm, and a projector retro fit with s2k and TL bixenon projectors.

toyota dealer told me i can get a new dash, and 2 more recalls can be fixed for free.

with all the above parts and labor a friend is hooking me up with. i should be in this thing total about 5800-5900 not including all the things i want to do later.

Honestly, that's not that bad. I always budget ~$1000 to sort out a "new" to me car or truck. Try spending $10,000 for a car, finding the motor oil was dummied up, and the motor has bad bottom bearings. Result new engine. $3.5k extra over vehicle cost, but then again it was a excuse to put a crate motor in.
