What did everyone pay for their 4th gen?

How are you guys finding such great deals? I can’t find an 07-09 4WD for less than 13. You start figuring more than an SR5 and low miles and you’re talking 17k or more.

Paid 9 grand for an 05 v8 limited with 165k new AT tires and newly done front end on the engine

I had a 3rd gen briefly, fixed all of the issues and drove it for 3K miles before accepting the truth that it was too small and under-powered for me, so I sold it and began the search for a 4th gen. I almost had one today, except for the 3rd row seating that I quickly realized doesn't easily fully remove, and it makes the 2nd row seats fold down in a weird configuration compared to the flat area you get with a 2 row seating configuration.

So the search continues for a non-sunroof SR5 with no 3rd row, something that isn't already rotting away, under 150K miles and priced less than 12K. I just gotta find that needle buried in the hay stack...

Picked up a one owner '03 V8 Sport with 200K for 4K. Did the TB/WP/Struts/Shocks/OE Springs and added new wheels + Falken Wildpeak AT's. The driveline is surprisingly smooth and I find myself driving it uch more than I thought I would.

I bought my 2004 Limited three years ago with 190k kms. It needed the transfer case actuator replaced. All in with repair i paid just under 10k CAD. Very happy with the purchase.

I agree, for whatever reason San Diego prices for vehicles always seems bit higher. I had to expand my search to all of socal then AZ, NorCal, NV. I was fortunate to find something I thought was reasonable locally. Finding a 4x4 with decent mileage and a clean title..that was a journey lol. Sounds like you got a good deal.
