What did you do with your classic T4R today?

How much better is the driving with the OME? Mine is real old, but I wasn't sure what a new one would do.

Night and day. I got it with the lift kit I just put on a few weeks ago and the newer 33's so the upgrade was inevitable. I'd recommend that any day if you still have the old unit.

Just a little pain to remove the 30 YO one that's all lol.

I pulled mine once to remove the engine (lol). I know what next paycheck is! Mine isn't OEM, some rough country stuff.

I run really small tires, but I think it will still make a difference, especially since some bumps pull me.

I got an inclinometer in meters, but it had a problem, impossible to adjust the slope meter gauge, the one in the right. I dismounted it and solved it, it took me a couple of hours to identify the problem, and a few minutes to solve it. If any of you have this issue, try to align the disk manually to allow the mechanism to have 30º movement in every side of the horizontal line, you'll know you got the perfect position when you lock the gauges, they'll be fixed in an straight line... it's easier to do but not easy to me to explain it in English.

Tuesday Feb. 7th, I stopped by RPM FAB in Tempe to check on my new plate bumpers. RPM is designing front and rears for the 3rd gen...Being new to this, I need to figure out how to post pics..The work is amazing, and I hope to show you all soon.

Nice I need to check them out..I'm on the hunt for a 3rd Gen to mod

I got mine cheap for the same reason! I have it in my car at the moment, and people ask what's that thing. I crossed a country border days ago, and a border police man asked me if that gadget's a radar detector!

I want the truck and my intention to be highly-visible but stock 4Runner does not have turn signal light visible to driver in one's blind spot; The bumper-mounted turn signal is only visible from the front.
Solution: I added front and rear side-facing/fender-mounted marker lights that double as turn signals.
