What did you drive before your 4Runner

1991 Toyota Land Cruiser!!

My first was a 1992 Chevy S-10 Blazer 2d. Had the 4.3 with the digital dash, leather interior.

Next came my ZJ Grand Cherokee. 1997 TSi with the 4.0. Wish I had never sold it for my WJ. Had a few modifications done to it. Loved this vehicle.

Most recent was a 2001 JGC. Glad it's gone. Nickled and dimed me from the minute I bought it.

Now I have my 4Runner. Best one of the bunch so far.

1. 78 Honda Civic. Loved that car, especially after having the auto trans swapped for a 5 speed.
2. 91 Firefly. Took a short nap while cruising on the hwy and totalled it.
3. 94 Sunbird. Really liked that car. Bought it brand new. Had someone take me out on a snowy hwy. Just about a head on, but I swerved. Sad day.
4. 93 Chevy S10. Decided on that over the 94 Taurus during the fire (divorce).
5. 94 Explorer. It was good to me. Got over 360k kms on that. Took it all from BC to Texas and back. Just sold it this summer.

Now loving my 03 Sport! So happy that I did my homework and got in the 4Runner family.

Before driving land cruiser , i had Ford falcon . I have got this car from my uncle but it was used car. So i had to sell this car as i have faced various problem while driving . After that i have bought land cruiser . My cruiser color is red . I really enjoy driving this car.

Again... another Toyota nut. The whole damn family is, camry wagon, 4 avalons, a lexus gs, and my 4runner...

1996 Avalon XLS - 1st car. Got it from my parents after they put 200k on it... I drove it to 230k something before it was towed away... so much fuel was leaking from the tank/lines I had to put gas in it everyday, but keep it below a certain point or it would FLOW out of the thing. fiery death.

That got replaced by a 2003 Avalon XLS my freshman year at The University of Akron... got it with just over 100k and got rid of it this past July with 134k for my 05 4R Ltd.

2006 Toyota Matrix XR AWD. Wife and kid were rear-ended during rush-hour traffic. She was able to drive the car home. The other car had to be towed. Had it repaired and sold it. Bought our 4Runner and have not looked back.

Wife drives her bosses' cars (Mercedes-Benz S-Class, Audi A8, Range Rover) to shop and carwash. Those expensive vehicles require a lot of maintenance! They are very nice cars and everything, but at the end of the day she prefers our 4Runner, believe it or not.

That would be my '95 V6 Camaro. It was my first car (4runner only being my 2nd) and I still have it. It has 225,000 miles and still gets ~25MPG on the highway, although it doesnt look the best anymore.:lmao:
