What did you drive before your 4Runner

i drove a 99 corvette. it was pewter with the glass top. i had a corsa exhaust and a vortex ram air. i miss it alot. i had to get rid of it. don't think a baby seat would work to well in a corvette, but i do enjoy driving the 4runner better. this is my first truck and i like sitting up high.

- 1980 VW Rabbit: Bought new when I was in college. Drove daily until the early 1990s. Ground up, Stock, Restoration finished in 2001.
- 1987 VW GTI 16V: Bought new, has 37K original miles, still in Original, Mint, Condition.
- 1981 VW Pickup: 157K miles, Next Resto Project
- 1985 Golf: Current Daily Driver for Work Commute (Spring/Summer/Fall)
- 2004 4Runner: Used on weekends for towing, Bad Weather Beast in winter, whenever I need a nice, quiet, ride to take the family somewhere

1. '89 BMW 735i - This car was a beast, too bad I got rear ended the second day I had it. Totaled. 
2. '94 VW Jetta GL - The first car I ever tuned. Neuspeed chip, cam, cam sprocket, auto, drove the piss out of this car in high school. I was able to keep up w/ a friends '88 325i and his was a stick!
3. '97 Chevy Blazer LT - This was my first SUV so of course I was hooked after that. I loved 'blazin' through the snow and mud in this thing.
4. '99 Chevy Blazer LT - Same deal as '97 just nicer. With 4 wheel disc brakes this one actually stopped when you hit the brakes.
5. My Beloved '05 4Runner SportEdition - In my sights: 300+ HP and BMW X5's.

6a. Range Rover Supercharged - Why not??
6b. BMW X5 4.8is - Again, why not??
6c. VW Touareg V10 TDI - I like torque, plus decent MPG.

1985 Honda CRX HF, with an Acura motor.....fun car to drive, really quick...surprised quick a few folks at the lights......
Before that was a 1985 Toyota Truck with 35" tires and a 3" lift...that thing went places.....
Now it we have a '04 SR5 and '03 Kia Sedona.....I do miss the gas mileage of the CRX though.....

My first vehical was a 91 Kawasaki EX 500. Nice little bike. Got stolen after I had it about 4 months. After that I got a 90 Ford Ranger that I had through college. Then it was a 98 Mustang (V6). It was traded a month and a half ago for the 2005 T4R Limited V8. The wife has VW Cabriolet that I get to drive sometimes and look like a girly-man.

Here is the pic i found (while loading all my files back on my computor after a virus ate most of them) that made me want to add a pic.
Here is my 98 Rav4 with my 99 4Runner, and I noticed in the background must be a 2003 or 2004 Galactic Grey Sport 4Runner. (pic was taken around fall 03 i think)
btw I did all the body work on the rav myself, including the paint job, thats why it probably doesnt look the greatest. First time doing it though, and I saved about 1500-2000 bucks
