What gear to plow in

OK I bought a 93 with a fisher 7.5 plow on it. having only plowed with other peoples trucks what gear do I want to plow in? planning on only doing my own driveway. it is mostly flat about a 100 feet long and 30 or 40 feet wide. more or less.
should I run in 4 Hi until I get stuck then drop to 4 lo?
1st gear to get moving and then 2nd to finish the run? or just do it in 1st?

I tried searching and found that it has been a couple of years since this topic has been mentioned.

that might be nice

but I hope it will be fun to plow snow in a heated cab. last year I used a homemade 24 volt electric scooter and it was cold! and if there was more then about an inch it would not move it at all.
