Hey everyone,
I was just wondering what GPS's you all use I have a Garmin Nuvi and love it. I was also wondering if you leave it up all the time or just when you need it and do you put it on the windshield or put it beside the radio?

I have a Garmin Nuvi 200 that I have only had for a little over 2 weeks. It's for sale is anyone is interested in it. I just am not going to get enough use out of it.

I have a Nuvi 350. It does double duty in the truck and on my motorcycle. I never leave it in the truck. I've heard of people getting their cars broken into just to have the gps unit stolen. I've also heard people take the mounts when the leave because the crooks see the mount and think the gps is in the glove compartment.

I mount mine under the hazard switch. I also take it into work and listen to the tunes.

Garmin Nuvi 660

The mount is made by Proclip USA

Lorance iWay 600C here. It's the only GPS which has satellite imaging with overlayed maps which is pretty cool. Kind of like looking at Googlemaps.com "hybrid" view.

I use it on long trips, and also when offroading.

I use a Garmin StreetPilot 2720. I only have it in the vehicle when I need it.
No sense having the 4Runner damaged by someone trying to steal it.

Magellan Maestro 3100 on a 4th Gen specific Bracketron mount that looks much like Lowpro's mount.

We use Bracketron's cupholder mount in the wife's CR-V. I don't like windshield mounts for various visibility, aesthetic, and "security" reasons. The Grab-It holder used with both mounts makes it much easier to remove the GPS temptation from prying eyes...the Magellan windshield mount puts up a struggle when releasing the 3100, but leaving the mount in place.

The Maestro stays on a closet shelf unless we're taking a road trip.

Garmin Quest. Kind of dated now, but it handles tracks and I can't imagine having a GPS that doesn't.
