What? Has this ever happened to you?

Ive had my 4runner for about 3 weeks now, and I got the payment books< (why the hell do they call them coupon books?) In the mail. I got a phone call today from the finance manager, and somehow, they did not transfer the taax credit from my old truck to my 4runner.. Not only did I walk out of the dealership paying what I WANTED to pay, but now my payments will be a few bucks less!!!!!!!
