What have you hauled INSIDE your Runner?

I thought I'd start this thread for fun, for what I hauled recently was a true amazement. Really amazing, cause you couldn't do this with the same year Rodeo, Pathfinder, Xtrerra or comparable SUV. Toyota is the way to go. **Keep in mind, fold down the rear seats and you have to be able to shut the hatch and the rear window:
Here is what i've experienced. Copy and Paste to list yours.

1) 31" T.V.
2) dozen resin stackable lawn chairs
3) go-kart
4) 6 full length banquet tables
5) lawn mower
6) 5000 watt generator
7) wheelbarrow
8) two mountain bikes standing side by side with front wheel off
9) Latest amazement: Twin size mattress and box spring

1. two snowboards which now go on top due to my powderhounds
2. a dining room table
3. a recliner... that took some work.

thats about it

since my parents own a convience store, i buy alot of drinks for the family business.

1. 20 cases of 20oz drinks
2. 18 cases of 2-liter drinks
3. 6 bags of fountain drink cases
4. 8 camera with 24" t.v. security system
5. 2 computer chairs along with a small desk

there's more but that's all i can think of. if i ever run errands with a bunch of drinks, i'll post up a picture. LOL

4. 4 friends, 2 close to 300 lbs. other 2 around 220. No none were females.

Okay so I'm new with not much to say, but I can talk about what I have hauled thus far...

1- 32" flat screen TV in the box (back seats up)

2- Adult Rottweiler w/crate, dog not in crate- dog hated crate

3- Here we go, all at the same time: 3 bundles of firewood, 2- 50 qt coolers, 2- 4 cubic ft plastic storage containers, 1- 4 person tent, 1- 6 person tent, 2 pillows, 8 blankets, 1 small propane BBQ, 1 average size suitcase, 1 (very) large dufflebag, 4 inflatable rafts, 4 foldable chairs, 1 lantern, 2 air-mattresses (one queen, one double), 1 toolbox tote (in case we broke down) and all behind the 2 backseat passengers. Pretty much everything you need to take to last you a week in Moab, UT.

I am starting to sound like that Christmas song and I swear that trip to Moab made the back-end permanently sag lower.

1. 10 wooden pallets off of the beach after being ticketed for burning construction material
2. 9 people and a full keg and one person doing a keg stand.
3. my grandmother
4. everything i own to and from the beach to raleigh repeatidly(minus the matress)
5. a granite slab for our kitchen and stone for the walls

After a recent shopping spree at Fry's Electronics, I managed to fit not only my Stepdad's new 50" Sony LCD projection TV, but also my new 37" LCD along with the mounting equipment and other various odds and ends.

Not to mention the few times I went camping in it, I had sleeping bags, a BBQ, chairs, a few ice coolers, etc...

It is a savage beast, end of story. :bigok: :bigok:

Rottweiler and Blacklab (last night to se the fireworks)
6 foot roll away tool box broken down in 3 sections.
Many bags of groceries lol.
Rifles and ammo
Lawn chairs

I was wondering when someone would break the ice. I have hauled lots of deer and even more Turks. Just hate lifting Ontario white tail into the back hatch by my self.

JP what you need is one of those rear back racks that fit into your reciever it makes thing alot better on the back, just load the deer on that cover with tarp for those GP loosers and strap down. I'm not sure of the picture but you should get a rear husky liner they have saved my butt.:

I don't have a 3rd gen, but I've hauled thirty 40-lb bags of compost/topsoil in the back of my 4Runner.

6'4 Santa Cruz epoxy fish (shown) best monger on small days.
7.0 DOC for the winter (I'm 190 ya know)
8.0 SF gun for those days when nothing but a gun will do.

All happily cargo'd in my t4r.
