What Head Units are Compatible with My CD Changer?

I want to get a new stereo with an iPod input, but I also want to keep the OEM CD changer. I have a 2003 SE non-JBL (CD changer is in the center consol). What are my choices? I don't know what brand my CD changer is, so I don't know where to start.

I suspose I could get an iPod adaptor for the OEM radio (DICE or something like that). But I thought if I am spending that kind of money, why not just get a whole new stereo?
