What is big differances in SR5,Sprt,Limited

The biggest difference is the Sports have a hood scoop and the SR5 has a regular hood. In addition, sports say 'Sport Edition' on the front driver and passenger door, sports have color keyed side mirrors while SR5's have black side mirrors, sports have a smoked chrome grill and SR5's have a chrome grill and door handles, and sports have the nerf bar running boards and roof racks. When I had my 2003 Sport, it came up as an SR5 Sport on everything as well.

This is caused by the 7th digit of the VIN. If you have a 4, it reads as an SR5/Sport Edition. If you have a 7, it's a Limited.
V6 2WD: JTEZU14 or JTEZU17 (Limited)
V6 4WD: JTEBU14 or JTEBU17 (Limited)
V8 2WD: JTEZT14 or JTEZT17 (Limited)
V8 4WD: JTEBT14 or JTEBT17 (Limited)
I don't know why it's like that though. There's nothing on the VIN to distinguish between the SR5 and Sport Edition, only the car itself can tell you which one you have. On my insurance, my SR5 shows up as a "Toyota 4Runner SR5/Sport Edition SUV 4dr".

The Sport Edition also has different wheels. My '05 SR5 has the "five spoke" type, while the SE models have six. Both use 17-inchers, so I suppose the tires are similar.
In all honesty, I like the 17" SR5 wheels better (and, ironically, they are used on the Limited as well). I think they're easier to keep clean, too; which is important to me because I absolutely cannot stand brake dust.

Really? I think the Sport wheels are much nicer than the Limited wheels. In fact, I like them more than most aftermarket wheels for the 4Runner.
The Limited wheels are okay, but I don't like the wway each spoke has "steps". They would look better if the wide spokes were smooth, imo.

Same here, thus I got the Off-Road package on my Taco instead of the Sport. Not that the Off-Road wheels were that much better, but the "steps" didn't cut it for me. The '06 Limited wheels are better than the pre-05, but I've always liked simple look of the Sport Edition wheels.
