What is most durable paint for restoring sport tubes?

Hi guys, I just picked up a pair of '08 4Runner Sport Tubes.

They are a little faded so I'd like to spray them with a fresh coat of paint. What do you guys recommend for the most durable aerosol spray paint?

I looked into powder coating but it's just too pricey for parts this big.

I don't expect the paint to last 10yrs or anything but if it lasts a couple years, I'll be happy.

I would clean them really good and use some VHT Epoxy paint found at some automotive stores. Its been recommended on the forums for bumpers and sliders or such. Or maybe the VHT chassis paint would work fine too.

Bed liner seems like it would be durable, provide a tactile surface and be pretty cheap

I've always had good luch w Rustoleum Black from Wal Mart in q Qt can. I always brush it on in semi gloss and it smooths out nicely, and is easy to touch up. At around $10 a Qt you cant go wrong
