What is this filter called? Air cleaner assy.

Hi guys and gals,

There is a filter adjacent to the engine air filter, just downstream of it, that seems to be built into the air cleaner assembly. Is there any way to replace this? Does anyone know what it is called? The previous owner waited too long to replace the engine filter, and crap seems to have passed through to this filter.

This is a filter containing activated carbon to adsorbed unburned hydrocarbon vapors that might seep up from the intake mainfold while the engine is off.

It is riveted in place. Forcibly removing won't hurt anything except that you might increase yr. evaporative HC emissions if you care.
