What is this? Noob Alert

Can someone please let me know what these 2 lines are and where/what they run to? They look like they have been replaced recently so want to get an idea. Sorry for the small pic, had a hard time getting it within the size limit.

I think they are the rear heater lines, they run radiator fluid to your rear heater. They are known to rust out, so it's good if they've been replaced.

If they do rust out, you can simply bypass the hose, but you won't have rear heat.

edit: bypass is the wrong word, I mean cap it so the coolant doesn't run through the lines anymore

The green one you pointed to in the pic is the wiring loom.
