What is this part called!!??? (It's not a transfer case mount)

This mount on my truck doesn’t connect to anything. It’s just bolted to the car and wobbles in free space not securing anything. Should there be something else this goes to?

Did you read the thread?!? It is a vibration dampener, the part number and description was posted. The weight on the 'other' end of the rubber dampens out some driveline vibration that Toyota found during development.

You'll find similar things in many other Toyota vehicles...
