I bought 2 mth ago T4R 96 Ltd. Apart from Tcase actuator everything is fine. I wondered only one thing what part on picture in red circle is for? In haynes manual its dynamic damper - shouldn't it be supported so??

It's one of those Power Balance bracelets for your truck...IMO does nothing.
