2000 T4R......What is the black box assembly between the MAF and Throttle Body called? I found an old repair/broken part on this box that is causing a vacuum leak and want to find one of these at a junk yard if possible, knowing what the heck it is called might help. I don't have an owners manual and I tried looking all over for a schematic, but just couldn't find the part listed anywhere.....Thanks

many people remove this and replace it with a straight pipe for potential hp and/or efficiency gains. expect someone to say this is bogus

Read all that you say? Well here's the summary: Yes it Can add some power (who knows how much but toyo doesn't use this part on Tacos w/5vz and they are rated 7 more HPs) ALONG with a more freely flowing exhaust (one that uses reflective technology not the old baffle style the T4Rs come with).
