What is this part??

2002 V6 Auto 4x4

I was hearing a buzzing noise from under my passenger side dash, and finally I decided to find it. I took some picture of what it is that is buzzing (faint buzz). I unplugged it (that is the white connector in front of it) and it stopped, so I am positive that this is what is buzzing. What is this part and what is its function? Thanks guys.

My guess: Servo damper for the climate control. Not sure if it is mix or temp.

That would explain my no heat issue I think. The front heater doesn't get warm at all, but the rear is hot right away. It looks like a pita to remove lol
