What is this wiring under the cargo floor?

I wanted to remove the cargo floor hard foam to get a slight increase in height for my platform. I've looked up other step-by-steps for reference, but they did not have the wiring present like I have:

The wiring along the bottom seems easy enough, but I wonder about the wiring running up the middle? If I am gonna have things in a makeshift cubby there, sliding/rubbing around... coming in and out, etc... i worry about potential damage to that area.

Anyone know what that wiring+box up the middle is? I have (Canadian) 2020 Off-road. Obviously the stock foam board has cutouts to go around/protect it...

Looks like the brake wiring harness from the dash/pedals
or your truck is wired to blow the c4 in your trunk :sniper:

Fuel tank sending unit wiring? Just a guess. I'd look and see if there is a label or connector number and look it up in the wiring diagrams.

If you have a smart key that’s gonna be the antenna that picks up the signal to unlock the hatch.
