The round thing under where it says "Toyota" is a red LED. The spot underneath with all the little holes is a microphone for a glass breakage sensor. Depending on how you truck was configured, a standard keyless entry remote should activate it when you lock/unlock the doors. If it works.

The microphone is like 'On Star' if someone is breaking into your truck, the sound will be routed to the Toyota On Star department and they will tell the perps to get out of the truck and call the cops for you. It works great!
