I had to research it too. I started using it and now think its pretty cool. In fact, I didn't put a replacement bag on after taking out the trash one time, and immediately regretted it.

Easy to put trash in there from the drivers seat.

Very useful to me.

Well it would useless for me! Kids can't make trash to trash can! Ends up in non trash can or bag places....
