What is with the time?!?

So, I'm sitting here writing this email at 8:18 PM on 4/17/2006.....The time on the website however says that it is 10:22 on 4/18/2006.

Not that this is a pressing issue, it has just been bothering me since I joined. Anyways...

I think the forum is set on GMT, so only people on Greenwich Mean Time will have the exact time. Others will be off by a number of hours based on their time zones from GMT.

You can adjust your time zone under User CP.

Uneek is right - you have to set the time zone in your profile options.

But even with the right time zone, there's no adjustment for daylight time. Central Time is normally GMT-6, but it's -5 during daylight time. If it really, really bothers you, you would have to change to the next time zone east during daylight time.

Have you guys changed your time offset? It is under User CP, then click on Edit Options.
