What is wrong with my headunit?

I cannot eject any of my cd's in my headunit when i play my cd's for awhile (i.e. 1-6 cd's or randomly) OR when my T4R is outside in the sun. I get this code error "Error 3". Me thinks that the headunit is hot because i can eject or replace my cd's when it's cold especially in the morning or if i haven't played any. Anyone has this prob?

I've heard of a lot of Toyota head units having extreme problems with heat, so your explanation sounds good to me. I'd recommend a new after market head unit. Pioneer FTW.
