What is your opinion about these bulbs and yellow light?

I wouldn't run those. They basically are a regular bulb with a yellow filter on them. I'd prefer something that was able to create a yellow light without using a filter.

The package said they were 100/90w, whatever that means. I'd be worried they would melt my harness.

I run 100/90 W in my 92 Toyota Sprinter (aka Geo prizm) for the past 5 years. Wires are still good.

If u like the yellow light. Look for koshin brand. I bought some on ebay for my fogs about a year ago and love them. IDK about legality but from what I see people running around town I think it isnt a big deal unless u r being moronic or u catch a grumpy cop.

those are going to be yellow like fog light yellow. I've got sylvania fog lights ill check the exact brand but they were like 40bucks and they are great in therain. they are way better than my stock halogen headlights lol

I personally wouldn't go with yellow but if you really like the yellow don't go with those low quality bulbs Buy these PIAA | H4 Plasma Ion Yellow Twin Pack Halogen Bulbs #13504 these bulbs use 55/60w but produce light like 120/130w they make really nice yellow light (PIAA bulbs are the best headlight you can buy) if you don't want yellow, the regular PIAA H4 bulb (that I have in my runner) I would recommend is PIAA | H4 XTreme White Plus Twin Pack Halogen Bulbs #15224 the bulb has a slight blue tint but the light it produces is WHITE not blue they also use 55/60w and make light like a 100/110 plus both PIAA's are fully street legal

Save yourself the hassle and buy yourself the PIAA's

Just be aware that bulbs may be DOT approved but individual states can have laws regulating colors for vehicle lights. Here in NJ, for example, headlamps can ONLY be white. Many states have this.

I loved driving in France back in the day when EVERYBODY had yellow headlights and only used parking lights in the city. The whole placed just looked cool, although it did take some getting used to to drive that way. EU ruined all that.

Hella has some cheap priced yellow bulbs too - I had contemplated running them until I went the HID route instead

I may be adding some pencil beam lights and those are the bulbs I will be installing in those.
