What makes up the "Tow Package"?

Hey guys,

I'm going to be pulling the trigger on a '00 or '01 'Runner in the next few weeks. I'm looking around now. One question - I'm looking at a nice '00 model that didn't come with a tow package. Did the factory tow package include anything besides the hitch and the light hookups? I know that's no problem to retrofit. I'm just wondering if the factory package included heavier springs, trans cooler, or anything like that.
